These sights have become my go-to for my gen4 Glocks that have optics. The yellow/green is a great contrast with the red dot.

Sight quality and installation
I have yet to take these sights out to the range. However, in dry fire practice, they do seem to present well yet have a somewhat subdued sight picture. I think these sights strike a good balance for back-up irons to a red dot.
