Carry Essentials Package

This was my first custom cut slide. I did a ton of research and read a lot of forums/reviews. I’m super happy with how my 34 slide came out! The cuts look great and the nitriding is super nice. It’s almost identical the OEM finish. The RMR cut was a little tight for my SRO, but I was able to make it work. Will be sending any future slide work exclusively to Maple Leaf!

Just received my slide back a few days ago after getting the carry essentials package on my 17.5. Looks phenomenal, love the dovetail placement in front of the optic! Packaging was very very nice and kept the slide secure. Will probably keep the box for the next slide I send out to them.

Very happy all in all.

I will note, and this is probably just my ignorance. The pics are specifically Gen4’s with the Glock logo toward the front of the slide. My lizard brain thought the package would relocate all of that from the middle to the front. Maybe add a pic of a Gen5 to the product page for people like me? I reached out to customer service and they explained that to me. Again, very very satisfied and will be reaching out to ML again for any other customization needs.

Quick, professional, and perfect are the three descriptive words I would use to describe my experience with Maple Leaf and its services! I would definitely use them again.

Got a super deep 509T cut and front serrations, along with a re-nitride. The 509T cut is incredibly tight and perfectly toleranced; the red dot can basically stay on without the clamping screw tightened! The front serrations avoid the Glock 19.3 branding perfectly. Excellent service.

Maple Leaf is my go to place for optic cuts. I will never buy an MOS. Maple Leaf quality is excellent, but more importantly, consistently perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Quality customer care. Very responsive. Slide was done ahead of estimated time of completion. Machine work and coating are exceptional. Installation of my optic is rock solid. Honestly, you can’t tell it didn’t originally come from the factory with forward slide cuts and an optic. .

So pleased with the machining and silver nitrate finish applied to my Glock 26 Gen 5 slide as well as attaching a Holosun 570C RDS.
