The DUTY CUT Package

The Duty Cut is my go-to package, and a fantastic bargain. The quality of work by Maple Leaf Firearms is top notch, and well worth the wait.

Very slick and functional design. The turn around time was very short compared to what I've seen on other sites. The machining and nitride coating is superb and no complaints. I sent in my SRO with my G45 slide & got the "RMR to the rear" cut. maple mounted it and provided additional screws on the side in a very nice tin case. Before making the order they were very patient and easy to work with on what package I wanted, and constantly made sure I was happy through the process. As far as my first experience with sending in a slide, I got to say this was pretty damn awesome. Thank you to the team at Maple leaf for taking care of my slide needs!

For the $ this imho is the best optic/slide cut package you can get. Being my 2nd one, I am very pleased and impressed with the cut on the top - highly recommend

Extraordinarily clean work and perfect nitride finishing. Everything is right and tight, and the milling design is exquisite -- aggressive without looking to xtreme bro-ey. As an FYI, please note that optics installed by Maple Leaf will always be torqued to spec, but may have or may not have some sort of locker applied to the threads of the hardware. Since every gun and optic interfaces differently with respect to thread length/depth, some of the hardware they use has pre-applied nylock while others will have none. Best to e-mail directly and ask. I, for one, am a proponent of applying a bead of thread locker on all optics hardware, so I just knew to apply blue loctite myself to my EPS installed on my Glock 17 slide.

I was recommended to Maple Leaf by a coworker that had their Glock milled by them, and boy am I glad I gave it a try! The value for the amount of work done to my plain slide for the cost of the package was great (most places I looked at would charge $150+ for just milling for an optic, with added cost for refinishing the slide), and the quality of the cuts were spot on and made for a seamless install. Their customer service was great about answering my questions before I sent my slide in, and the end result is perfect. All of the cuts on the muzzle end are good and sharp (in a good way), they even chamfered the squared off muzzle area too. Not to mention doing the disassembly and reassembly of the slide components and installing the sights I purchased for me without any additional charge, and even sent the old sights back too. And the cut for the optic? Such a perfect fit for my 508T that I had to remove some of the wrap I had put on it just for it to fit on the slide, it's that exact. Seriously can't say enough good things about the work you guys did, and my coworkers are all jealous!
