Add a Holosun Optic Cut as a standalone upgrade to your Glock slide, or in conjunction with our other slide milling options.
This Optic Cut allows you to mount a 407k, 507k, EPS, or EPS Carry sight directly to your Glock slide with two included #6-32 screws.
The cut features a precision CNC machined pocket with 2 raised standoffs directly in front of the Glock factory rear sight dovetail. By design, the optic will fit tight within this pocket, preventing the sight from moving in any direction, ensuring your optic remains zeroed in even under the harshest conditions.

Holosun EPS Carry on Glock 26
Got my slide back a good bit sooner that they had estimated. I like their Nitride refinish a bit better than the Gen 5 DLC finish as it's more black. Way way better than the finish on Gen 4 and earlier Glocks of course. They milled my G 26 slide low enough to allow co-witness with stock OEM Glock sights though I had them also replace the original plastic sights with Ameriglo Iron sights which they sold to me $10 less than Ameriglo's own website.
Extremely happy and about to have them do a more extensive job on my Glock 19c slide. Love being able to co-witness without having to use suppressor sights. Before contacting Maple Leaf one of their competitors told me they couldn't mill my G 26 slide low enough to allow co-witness without suppressor sights. Great great work and super fast! -

Glock optic cuts
3rd cut I've done from maple leaf for older 3rd and 4th gen glocks. Always perfect. Fits specified optic like a glove. Economicly the best option for upgrading an older glock for mos. Only wish they would start doing CZs as well.

I’ve had optic cuts done by other companies and Maple Leaf is hands down the best, I thought all optic cuts were the same until I tried here. Will definitely becoming here for any optic cuts and slide refinishing.

Just received my Glock 43X back with an optic cut and washed Nitride coating.
