Add a Trijicon RMR/RCR Optic Cut as a standalone upgrade to your M&P slide.
This Optic Cut allows you to mount a Trijicon RMR directly to your M&P slide with two included #6-32 screws, or an RCR by using the OEM included capstan screws.
The optic cut features a precision CNC machined pocket. By design, the optic will fit tight within this pocket, preventing the sight from moving in any direction, ensuring your optic remains zeroed in even under the harshest conditions.
Due to the dimensions of the Trijicon RMR and RCR optics and M&P slide itself we must eliminate the factory M&P rear iron sight. We offer the option to add a Glock style factory rear dovetail either behind or in front of the optic.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the design of the M&P slide and its drop safety mechanism, once your slide is machined for an optic you must have an optic installed for safe operation of the handgun. The optic holds the drop safety in place.

RMR/Swampfox Justice
I got my M&P cut for a RMR footprint with the iron sights moved to the front of the optic. I put a Swampfox Justice on the cut and it fits perfect. I did buy the optic and have it test fitted to the cut first due to the possibility of variations following Johns advice. It was an amazing experience. John and his team did fast and exceptional work. I also purchased the blacked out suppressor height sights. The gun looks amazing. Will be doing more business with them in the future! Thanks for bringing me into the world of red dot optics on pistols.

Maple Leaf's optic cuts are precise and tight and the overall quality of all of their work is excellent. Their RMR cut looks way cleaner than the "Optic Ready" OEM slides.

Maple Leaf fitted a Swamp Fox Justice
Put the red dot on a M&P 45 acp.
So far I have put about 400 rounds down range in the attempt to get used to using an optic an have had no issues
The fitting is great and MapleLeaf was very accommodating in providing the rear iron sight at a good price.

Mp 2.0 Rome cut
Just got my slide back and easily installed my rmr. Perfect fit. Came back much faster than I thought it would take. This will be the only place I send my slides in. I fact, I’m going get another slide down soon.

Slide cut
I purchased the valet service for the convenience of it and had my slide coated and milled. The work was phenomenal and any questions I had were answered quickly and accurately. I will defiantly do business with this company again and tell others about it.

Excellent Work
After a few emails with John I sent my slide in for milling. Timeframe was as stated and received updates via automated emails. Fit and finish is excellent. My plunger and spring were packaged in a nice bag for installation with my RMR. I would not hesitate to send in my next slide.
