Add a Trijicon RMR/RCR Optic Cut as a standalone upgrade to your Sig P320 slide.
This Optic Cut allows you to mount a Trijicon RMR directly to your Sig slide with two included #6-32 screws, or an RCR by using the OEM included capstan screws.
The cut features a precision CNC machined pocket directly in front of the Sig factory rear sight dovetail. By design, the optic will fit tight within this pocket, preventing the sight from moving in any direction, ensuring your optic remains zeroed in even under the harshest conditions.
This product includes the Optic Cut only.

Sig P320 RMR Cut and Nitride
So starting out this is not the first slide that I've sent out to be milled. I planned to use the same company as before, but they refused to do work on newer sig slides due to the cuts inside from the factory. I did some research and eventually stumbled across Maple Leaf. At first I was skeptical because their prices were much lower than anyone I've used before. However between the reviews and military discount that they offered I gave them a try. The service was extremely fast, about 5 weeks from me shipping it out to receiving it back. This was much faster than the anticipated leave time for what I wanted, which should have been 7-8 weeks. When I received it back both the nitride and the cut looked flawless. The RMR type 2 that I had fit on snuggly and everything is good to go. Honestly I cannot recommend them enough, and I will to anyone who asks me about slide work. They were cheaper than the competition, faster than the competition (and their own estimates), and the quality is outstanding.

Excellent fit and finish and right on time
I'm quite pleased with the quality of work that Maple Leaf provided on the milling and refinishing of this P320 subcompact slide. The RMR fits perfectly. The nitride finish looks amazing. From the time the USPS said Maple Leaf received my slide to the day I got it back, was 4 weeks and 1 day which is within the estimated completion time. This was a good decision on my part and I recommend Maple Leaf to anyone considering similar work.

Trijicon RMR Cut
I was a little apprehensive about mailing my slide out as I'd never had one milled before, and I had a few questions. I sent an email asking them, and even though they were extremely busy, I got a lengthy personal email back answering all of them and explaining the whole process. I ended up sending my slide in, and received it back about 3 weeks later. The cuts are perfect and my RMR mounted right up with the provided screws. This is a great company with great communication and a great product...they are definitely now my go-to for any future milling jobs I need done.
